Our Team

Jon was born in Maryland, and grew up in Delaware. He grew up in the banking industry with his Mother, and two brothers working at MBNA. He got to see first hand the power the financial industry has to make the community the serve a better place.

He is passionate about making sure his wife and 2 daughters have a wonderful place to grow up. Some of his favorite charities to support are the March of Dimes, The Special Olympics of Delaware, and Local Animal Shelters.

Ken Lee moved to the eastern shore in 2003 for college at Salisbury University and loved it here so much he decided to stray and grow his family and career here on the shore.  He has been in mortgage financing for 17 years, and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. 

 He advocates for his clients in every transaction making sure to find the perfect loan for each client every time.  Ken has been married to his wife Lauren for 15 years and has three beautiful daughters.   

Lydia was born and raised in Toledo, OH but has lived in Delaware since 2013. She has been in the financial industry for the majority of her career and enjoys helping people achieve their financial goals.
 

Lydia is passionate about making the world a better place for her two kids to grow up in. Some of her favorite charities to support are St. Jude, Ronald McDonald House of Delaware, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America. 

Renee Winter was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of MD. Winter has been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years in various roles. Her most recent role is assisting two high producing loan officers to help clients reach the goals of homeowner the easiest way possible. 

In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her three young boys and significant other, traveling and enjoying the beach. Winter also finds time to be active in the Worcester County Soil Conservation District as a Country Supervisor.

Will was born in South Jersey, but basically grew up in Sussex County Delaware. Will has spent his entire adulthood in the customer service industry where he has racked up numerous awards for the service he has provided.

In his free time he likes to spend time with his family, friends, and dog. Some of the areas he likes to focus on with his charitable philanthropy are helping first time homebuyers overcome lending obstacles.
